Microsoft Outlook 2000 Setup

Open Outlook, go to Tools | Accounts. Then click Add | Mail.   
1. In the dialogue box fill in in your name as you would like it to appear in emails then click Next.

2. Next, fill in your email address. Click Next.

3.Fill in information about the mail server, then click Next.
E-mail Address: .............................. youremailaddress@yourdomainname.com
Incoming Mail Server: ....................mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com
Outgoing Mail Server: .................... mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com


4. The next page asks for your account name and password. Outlook can save your password for you or ask you for your password everytime you check your mail. You can Manage your email address and password in your control panel by going to Company Info and selecting Email Accounts. 
Account Name: youremailaddress@yourdomainname.com
Password: your  password

5. The last page of the setup asks for your connection method. Select the option which matches your internet connection type. Then click Finish.

Hit the Send/Receive button to retrieve your mail.
