Microsoft Outlook 2003 Setup

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Email Accounts. 

3. Select Add New Email Account. 

4. Click the Next button.
5. Select POP3. 


6. Click the Next button. 
7. In the Your Name field, type your name.
8. In the E-mail Address field, type your full email address (e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com).
9. In the Incoming mail POP3 server field, type mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com
10. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type  mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com
11. In the User Name field, type in your complete email address (e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com).
12. In the Password field, type your password and check the "Remember Password" box.
*Note- Mmanage your email address and password in your control panel by going to Company Info and selecting Email Accounts.  

 
13. Next click on the "More Settings" Button. A dialog box opens with four Tabs.  
The General Tab displays the email account name.

14. The Outgoing Server Tab should have the "My outgoing server requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming server checked.

15. The Connection Tab should have "Connect via local area network checked.

16. The Advanced Tab. Leave a copy of message on server SHOULD NOT BE CHECKED.

17. Click OK to close the "More Settings" dialog box.

18. Click the Next button and then click Finish
